I am guessing you are referencing the radio show guy? Oddly, I have never heard of him! Weird coincidence, but definitely something to to rework and put into the character!
I loved LoEG back in the day, I really hoped the movie would spawn a series of films! I have always loved the BPRD setting as well and thought combining 1930s super science, paranormal, occult, and crime would just make a fantastic setting to play/write in.
No novelty song-related powers?
